OpenVox Server 8.12.1 Release: This rolls back the ring-core dependency from 1.15.3 to 1.14.2 to fix a performance regression. The ring-core library changed some behavior with headers and responses, and some server endpoints may take much longer to return values. Version 1.14.2 has no CVEs present, and we will tackle fixing the issues with using 1.15.x at a later date.
