Looks like these errors are happening during pluginsync. Could be the result of the agent getting a checksum for

lib/puppet/provider/puppetdb_conn_validator/puppet_https.rb

from the

puppetdb

module but content for the file from the

openvoxdb

module if both modules are installed in the same environment. Or vice-versa.
