Hello I have a question regarding prompt with dynamic Variables. I have some variables let's say {{customer_name}} to be pre-populated before every call. I am still trying to grasp how can I implement it, such that it's different for every time web assistant is triggered from my website? The documentations are not much help. I am still trying to understand if I can customize on per call basis or th customizations changes prompt globally until it's changed again. Help will be appreciated.

Hey everyone, My agent keeps talking to answer machine and wasting minutes with usless conversations, how can i make it not talk to answer machines? - noob here

@Mason @here iam using both twiliio and vonage numbers. My vonage numbers sound very robotic and basically useless, at the same time the Twilio number performs well keeping everything else same. Does any of you ran into the same issue? any ideas of what could be wrong here?

go to make and add a new module. then search for vapi and add it

Hello all. I'm new here so please forgive me if some questions have been asked. But, I am using an AI assistant to call once a funnel page is being filled out. It works great with the integration, however the only problem is that for the address section with say Dr. (it pronounces it doctor) and so on. How can this be fixed. I tried to fix in prompt but didn't do any good.
