    Hello I have a question regarding prompt with dynamic Variables. I have some variables let's say {{customer_name}} to be pre-populated before every call. I am still trying to grasp how can I implement it, such that it's different for every time web assistant is triggered from my website? The documentations are not much help. I am still trying to understand if I can customize on per call basis or th customizations changes prompt globally until it's changed again. Help will be appreciated.

    hello "I'm facing an issue with Vapi while integrating my JSP-based API. The API works fine in Postman, Bruno, and custom JavaScript, but in Vapi, I get a 'Network error: Unable to connect to the server.' Interestingly, my Spring Boot API works fine in Vapi. Here’s the URL I’m testing: 🔗 https://staging.sunbasedata.com/sunbase/portal/support/check_files.jsp Has anyone faced this issue before or knows a possible fix?"

    The tool is not receiving the multiple responses this is happening book an appointment Assistant- what is your name? Ganesh Your preferred date and time to book appointment.     @Mason @here iam using both twiliio and vonage numbers. My vonage numbers sound very robotic and basically useless, at the same time the Twilio number performs well keeping everything else same. Does any of you ran into the same issue? any ideas of what could be wrong here?

    Hey guys. I'm building my agent and trying to test it on my openphone number. But for some reason I'm not able to make outbound calls. The call ended reason says "sip telephony f..." I can't expand or read the complete reason. It's also not listed on the docs. HELP

    Hi guys, I have a problem with "end-of-call-report". When I end the conversation, Vapi does not send the Analyst (summary, etc) to Make. I have tested all the configurations and all is Ok, and only once has worked. I have pent a lot of time with this, so I will appreciate your help

    Hello everyone, I need to make 500 concurrent outbound calls, I think we can do only 10 concurrent calls from a line, am unsure on how to achieve this. Can someone please guide me?

    i am trying to integrate my own SIP in vapi, when i call then configured sip number, i am getting error like X-Reason: Multiple accounts are attempting to route the same phone number from the same carrier

    Hello all. I'm new here so please forgive me if some questions have been asked. But, I am using an AI assistant to call once a funnel page is being filled out. It works great with the integration, however the only problem is that for the address section with say Dr. (it pronounces it doctor) and so on. How can this be fixed. I tried to fix in prompt but didn't do any good.
