The tools for checking and booking schedules are functioning, but the AI only sends me the tool's response when I specifically say something. It doesn’t provide the response automatically. It seems to wait for my input to trigger the process. Could you please help me address this issue?

Can anyone help me figure out how to do this? VAPI support has been incredibly frustrating—they don’t seem to prioritize urgent issues and expect customers to solve their own problems. It just doesn’t make sense.
