    My agent is not picking up when forwarding calls from Google Voice.... need some help figuring out what to do. Here's my setup: 1. Verizone phone number forwards all calls to Google Voice 2. Google Voice forwards calls to phone number (Twilio), which connects to my agent 3. Make.com gets the assistant-request, I add a 5 second delay for the call to be picked up But when I call it goes to the Google Voice voicemail. What limitation am I hitting? What I see on Vapi side: nothing – no calls are even attempted to my # / agent. What I see on the Twilio side: nothing – no calls seem to be placed here.

    Good afternoon, I have the following case. In the VAPI platform, under the Billing section, there is a chart showing the number of minutes per day. However, this information does not match the number of minutes I extracted using the VAPI API. I’m attaching the file and a chart with the extracted call data. For each call, if there was no cost, I set the minutes to zero. If there was a charge, I included the number of minutes corresponding to the cost. As a validation step, I calculated the cost-per-minute ratio and got exactly $0.18 USD/min, which matches VAPI's pricing—so the data seems consistent on my end. I would appreciate your help in understanding and clarifying this discrepancy between the dashboard and the API data.     Hi team, I’m integrating my own Mongolian TTS (Chimege API) with VAPI using the custom TTS webhook setup. I’ve already built and tested my /api/synthesize endpoint and verified it returns proper raw PCM audio. However, I can’t find where in the VAPI dashboard I’m supposed to configure my assistant to use this custom TTS server. I’ve reviewed the Custom TTS docs, but there’s no clear UI or input field for setting the TTS webhook URL, secret, etc. Can someone guide me on: Where to configure the assistant to use my TTS server? Or whether this setup is only possible via the VAPI API (not dashboard)? Thanks in advance!

    Hi support team! I have noticed that when someone uses my voice assistant on my website from a mobile device the first assisant message is cut. The first part is simply not included. This problem become even worse when the user is wearing bluetooth headphones. I am using the web SDK. At first I thought it was a problem on my end, however after going to Vapi's homepage I now see that Vapi has the same issue. When you access vapi.ai on mobile the first words of the message is cut off. This is even worse if I wear bluetooth headphones. So the issue seems to be in the SDK itself. So basically the first message on www.vapi.ai is spoken like this: Desktop: "Welcome to Vapi. I am an assistant that you can talk to like a person, so how is your day going?" Mobile: "... Vapi. I am an assistant that you can talk to like a person, so how is your day going? Mobile + Bluetooth: "...assistant that you can talk to like a person, so how is your day going? Basically the first message becomes cut, which leaves a bad first impression for the users. It would be great if you could correct this issue. Both for me and for you guys 🙂 Thanks in advance!

    Hi team, I am new in the Discord community!! Call ID: 21f796a8-0fef-4a18-b4f2-ce66bc733038 I have already configured a trunk sip with Spanish operator, I can do perfectly inbound and outbounds calls, but my problem is that in one of my assistants I need to transfer (blind tranfer) to a spanish mobile phone and if i have server meesage with phone-call-control activated the call is finish in Vapi side, the operator said that they don't get any request to call to the mobile phone coming from vapi, the other option is without phone-call-contro activated, it this case i get message "no authorized" the Operator said that I am not sending techprefix. The techprefix is setting up in trunk SIP configuration and I think there is not the way to send it in the call forware. Can you help to clarify where could be the problem?. Thanks

    Hey so I have had a hard time getting my scenario to work where if for example someone wants to book a table for tomorrow (15/07-2025) vapi sends the date (2023-10-07) to the make webhook. I have tried with a prompt in vapi from the youtube video of Looski “Vapi Doesn’t Know What date it is-Solved” but it still sent the wrong date and time? Has anyone else had this problem?

Here’s my setup: I'm using vapi.start() with the following server config: server: { url: 'https://19a9b58798bf.ngrok-free.app/webhook/vapi', secret: 'my-shared-secret' } I’ve verified that: The ngrok tunnel is live and forwarding to my local server My webhook is reachable (tested via Postman and curl — all working) I’m running vapi listen --forward-to http://localhost:5000/webhook/vapi No events are received during the call lifecycle Additionally, no breakpoints or logs are hit on my server when a real call starts or ends — but simulated POSTs to the same endpoint work fine.     I keep getting this error in 11 straight outbound calls... Can you please tell me what is the reason behind it? I have been getting a lot of errors recently, is there any issues with the platform? Sometimes it's transcriber, sometimes it's this error. I use stt with BYOK and without.     💡 Question: I’m trying to integrate gemini-2.0-flash as a streaming model with Vapi, but I’m hitting a blocker. Vapi’s custom LLM example uses OpenAI’s ChatCompletionChunk for StreamingResponse, but Gemini streams using google.genai.types.GenerateContentResponse. To work around this, I hacked the OpenAI proto to repurpose delta.content with Gemini’s output, but that feels hacky and wrong. Does anyone have a clean example or guidance on how to properly stream gemini-2.0-flash as a StreamingResponse in a custom LLM using Vapi?
