Great idea! My suggestion would be to have any numbers spelled out as the agents sometimes pronounces numbers wrong. For example I've heard an agent say we open at 8 - 3 -0 instead of 8:30 lol but having it say we open at eight thirty p.m. fixes the issue. Agents also tend to overload the caller with info so set some rule or conversation examples to keep responses short and direct the conversation better.

I will continue following this as I'm very curious in the direction you take this, could be a strong tool.

Appreciate it!! <@914657971919814727> yes testing with the model used with such instructions is important -- if you are not too worried about costs per second you can get away with a lot more. I will put together some videos of examples.

Generate a voice service agent prompt from Google Business Profile

i have it set for Vapi and Google.. but neither detected or left the message that i placed in the msg field.

i am not having any luck getting my vapi to leave a voice mail. any setting that seem to work ?

Hi! I've been working with my agent's prompt but i can't make it to wait for user response.
The agent is asking 3 questions, in order, as the prompt says, but i tried putting '<wait for user response>' in between the questions, but it's not working.
Appreciate your help!
