I am having the same issues. I have clients and business partners relying on VAPI. Someone get this fixed ASAP. Im forced to look at vapi alternatives because of their extended christmas vacation. they arent available to help until Jan 2nd, unbelievable.

I’m using a web call to transfer the call. I’m receiving a success response and getting the call ID, but the issue is that the call is not being transferred to Department A. I have also created the necessary tools for the transfer.

Hi everyone, My VAPI AI for booking appointments isn't working properly. The tools for checking and booking schedules are functioning, but the AI only sends me the tool's response when I specifically say something. It doesn’t provide the response automatically. It seems to wait for my input to trigger the process. Could you please help me address this issue?

Hey guys My vapi dashboard takes forever to load.. what might be the problem?

What's the issue that you are facing?

The pipeline appears to be making the same function call over and over and not respecting the tool call result, this has been occurring for a couple hours now.

It seems the function calling pipeline is broken

To add to this this seems like it is happening specifically for the claude-3.5-sonnet model

It must be your configuration related issue, feel free to provide me call_id will provide you the right settings which will do the trick
