Hi, I am using the VAPI Chat, for my project and the assistant ID has a knowledge base but the problem currently is that the voice is able to access the knowledge base and respond but not the chat feature, it only responds through what is in the system prompt but does not take into account details from the knowledge base, any reason why that would be the case and how to deal with it? I just prompted the assistant to let the prospect know what time zone our calendar was in and to convert time zones if needed. I didn't use the tool and it worked perfectly.

hi vapi experts and team,. we have an urgent production issue. We have just posted promotional content on LinkedIn to drive traffic to our website landing page to use our assistant. But we've discovered a critical fix is needed. My engineer cannot access or edit the assistants I've created due to workspace sharing limitations. There is such limited functionality with regards to admin versus editor and no explanation of role permissions either. This is important for users given the protection of data. I'm using Google OAuth login so I cannot even seem to share my temporary credentials from what I can see (I tried resetting my password but as its oauth it does not seem possible and i do not want to share my gmail of course. I gavemy engineer admin access but he can not see any \assistants' apart from one which I did not make. It may have been another engineer. I can see the 'riley' assistant in my list of assistants though. We need an immediate solution to grant my engineer access to edit my existing assistance.

OAuth for Google Calendar is not triggering when creating google.calendar.event.create tools. I have no way to authorize my Google account. any help or suggestions?

I specified it in the prompt but it seems to listen incorrectly to email spellings... What prompt would you suggest for it?

Maybe you should add to the prompt that the assistant should ask the caller to spell there email letter by letter, cus some email can be tricky for a bit to transcribe

Hi Vapi Experts, Im having a problem with the tool 'endCall' where the AI always firstly says 'goodbye' in english. My AI are only speaking swedish so this cannot be happening. Is there any way to have a workaround for this problem?

Go to the end call phrase section in the dashboard and remove "goodbye"

After calling the curl It still say goodbye, when I then look in the log it looks like this: 10:47:24:564 (+00:01:088) [LOG] Voice cached: Goodbye. Cached. That means the VAPI are caching the voice. So is there any solution to bypass it?

That's why I do right now. It gets the letter incorrectly and even if it gets the letters right it still messes up the email that is stored in the variable for webhook

How does your AI speak swedish? Is there a way we can make the agent speak multiple languages?
