https://github.com/Ambertvu/Umbraco.Community.AdminOnly Another new package! AdminOnly lets administrators hide document types, tabs and properties from everyone who isn't an admin — without touching user groups, permissions or document type structure. Editors see only what's relevant to their work; admins keep the full picture, with a 🔒 indicator next to every hidden item. Heads up — this is a backoffice UX layer, not server-side authorization. Hidden items are removed from the UI, but the underlying Umbraco APIs are untouched. A determined user with developer tools can still reach hidden content.

Think your repo is private, I can't open it @Ambert - you know this functionality is built-in now since v17 right? 🙈
a
Woops! Thanks! And I know its built-in specifically for properties, but this goes a bit of a different route, you can also hide nodes in the tree, entire tabs/sections as well
This started for a project where we had to find a replacement for Lotte's AdminOnly package, but when we had build it, I was like.. Probably more people could use this, so here we are now 🙂

Cool cool!

Maybe there's still use for it 😜

Haha of course, would be lovely in core tbh
