Yes, its possible. Ive had the same case for my project. You can achive that by saving form in Twill module Model. After that, you will be able to list submissions in the module index and access them. You can also append files to the form which users submit.

Sorry, I didn't quite understand. Can you provide documentation or a reference link? Based on my understanding, we create a Twill module form code and then hook the required input columns into that module, and include it in the frontend page via the pages module, is that correct? But how do we display it in the admin page? For example, a page that displays list of visitor registered data in form of table or something.

Firstly you create a Twill module which will also generate you a Model. Later on the custom controller you use that Model and insert user data which is submited. Once form is submitted on custom controller and it passed validation, you should be able to see that record in the Twill module index view. In the Twills form view, you can choose which fields from that Model you want to show for a preview / eventual edit.
There is no docs for this, its only that Twill Models are also compactible with the external usage since they are basicaly regular Laravel Models.

And since you mentioned that users will also submit a files, you should check small blog post of mine, which explains how to manualy append files to that record. But actual file saving and handling should be provided by you. https://blog.izetmulalic.com/twill-manual-file-media-attach-to-model/
