one more suggestion is that f you open a file there is no back button to go back to folder again it was opened from so i have to open it again and check fil enad then click the sidebar icon to open the folder again 🙁

You can select any files in the file tree (see the 1st image). And if you want to find the open file among all the files, you can right-click the title and click "Reveal in Sidebar" (refer 2nd image). Hope it helps.
