Issue: handoff_to_execution_agent generates plan but never implements code changes. Execution stops after planning phase. Repro: Created Epic ecffa913-feb2-4ecb-b4c6-06426651bb25 Called handoff_to_execution_agent for ticket fc207d04-4745-48e7-8a2c-1af3611dfe32 Execution ID: a64a0721-a7a6-43fd-9233-5e660a405e15 Expected: Plan → Implementation → Verification → Commit Actual: ✅ Plan: Completed ❌ Implementation: Never started ❌ Verification: Not Started ❌ Commit: Not Started Config Used: json { "planYOLOConfig": {"executionTimeoutMinutes": 20}, "verificationYOLOConfig": {"executionTimeoutMinutes": 15}, "commitSettings": {"autoCommit": true} } Impact: Critical - core automation feature non-functional. Paying for automation but only getting documentation. Environment: Windows 11 Workspace: c:\Projects\WrenchTime\ Request: Fix execution pipeline + refund/credit for non-functional service

can you please share logs from the Traycer extension
share logs

Steps to share logs:
ROOT CAUSE FOUND: "The default execution agent is set to claude-code.sh which doesn't work on Windows. When I explicitly configured executionAgent: "claude-code.bat" in the yolo_config, the execution started working immediately. Bug: Traycer should auto-detect the OS and use the correct agent (.bat for Windows, .sh for Linux/Mac). Workaround: Manually specify claude-code.bat in every handoff_to_execution_agent call on Windows. Fix needed: Auto-detect OS and select appropriate agent, or set Windows default to .bat instead of .sh."

The reason we have both .bat and .sh on Windows is that users have sometimes configured WSL on Windows We’ll see if we can detect the default shell type configured in VS Code with ease

Config System Completely Broken - Update Original Issue: Execution stops after planning (2/13) Root Cause: Default uses claude-code.sh on Windows (2/14) Attempted Fix: Created config files to override to .bat RESULT: Config files are completely ignored What I Did: ✅ Created C:\Users\jerro\.traycer\yolo.config.yaml ✅ Set executionAgent: claude-code.bat in all sections ✅ Restarted VS Code ✅ Created project-level config as backup What Happens: ❌ Every execution still opens .sh terminal ❌ Config files verified to exist with correct content ❌ Traycer ignores both global AND project configs ❌ No errors, just silently ignores the config Impact: 3+ days wasted on a 5-minute fix Config system fundamentally broken Automation non-functional on Windows Paying for a service that doesn't work Request: What is the ACTUAL way to override execution agent? Why are config files ignored? Refund/credit for 3 days of broken service Fix Windows default to use .bat not .sh The workaround doesn't work. Product is unusable on Windows.
