When using pay-per-use, after artifacts have ran out, if a payment is a missed there is a timer before the user is allowed to proceed. Even if payment has been made during this time and you refresh, the 5 minute timer doesn't go away.

Reloading your IDE should have worked, but we'll take a look if that doesn't work either. Thank you for reporting! 👍
