How to configure wifi and ethernet using static ip

Unfortunately, static IP isn't implemented yet: https://github.com/toitlang/toit/blob/9b8301314082e526b35e787ae612e3964bf43bc1/system/extensions/esp32/wifi.toit#L238 Since the network API is used for many providers (ethernet, wifi, cellular, ...), it isn't that easy to implement either... It's, of course, something that we want to eventually support, but probably not going to happen in the near future.

can i make custom module for this?

hmm. not sure what the easiest approach would be. For short-term hacking, probably just modifying the C code to take a static IP instead of using dhcp.
