    I.e. it's a lot easier for me to sign up to a smaller plan that has what we need, and then for us to grow and pay more incrementally as we grow, instead of jumping straight to a large upfront yearly price etc

    Hey everyone, We recently did a webinar on EDR's with some interesting use cases for MSSP and larger environments. I personally would love to hear any feedback the community has about it, how we presented, anything we could improve/tighten/change to make it a better presso would be greatly appreciated. I thought the mix of hard aussie and Irish accents make it super understandable 😆 Cheers

    We have two updates for you today. One is very useful and the other will be a massive time-saver when dealing with big or complex event payloads. First-off, Admins can now access teams they are not members of through the Other Teams list, located below the My Teams list on the left-hand navigation bar.

    And secondly you can now perform full text search within an event payload!

    Oh it's a big one today. 📊 Reporting is here!! 📊 The new reporting page contains all the information from the old dashboard along with new charts giving you valuable usage metrics. The overview chart displays the real human hours saved through Tines. All the details, including how to select your metric, are over on the hub here.

    Annnnd if that wasn't enough for you, a third announcement today. Phew! You can now set a custom 
    From
    name for emails sent by the Email Action. (Note that the underlying sender address will remain 
    <mailto:mail@tines.io|mail@tines.io>
    ) For new Email Actions, the current user's full name will be set as the sender name by default.

    The second is also something I really needed a while back, trying to get to the bottom of Strava's OAuth flow - Visible OAuth error messages. For 
    authorization_code
    grants, we now surface the full error context we receive from the remote provider if anything goes wrong.
