Must have their own job portal, Naukri or LinkedIn We are looking to expand our team of freelance recruiters and recruitment consultants, and we are looking for experienced individuals who can work on a commission basis remotely - WFH. Requirements: -Must use their own job portal, Naukri or LinkedIn -At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing services. -Ability to source, screen and present qualified candidates to clients. -Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Excellent time-management and organizational skills. -Proven track record of successful placements in IT and Engineering positions. - Can deliver resumes on time Responsibilities: -Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals. -Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. -Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process. -Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process. -Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience. Compensation: Freelance recruiters and recruitment consultants will work on a commission-only basis. Commission rates will be determined based on the candidate's salary and the client's payment terms.
