Hey Folks, SkilloVilla is Hiring for HR Generalist Experience: 3-6 Years Starting CTC - 6LPA Responsibilities • Educate and advise management and employees with regard to employment laws, company laws, HR policies, procedures, and state & federal laws • Work closely with hiring managers and business units to determine staffing and recruitment needs to build a high-performing team • Plan and execute end-to-end talent acquisition process including job descriptions, expectation management and interview set-ups Input, review, and audit time-keeping, attendance, payments, reimbursements and other payroll-related activities • Conduct end-to-end employee onboarding and exit/termination activities with concerned stakeholders • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks/benefits and organising team-building activities • Assist employees in developing skills to manage company culture and human resources effectively through coaching, instruction, and effective communication • Collaborate with management, employees, and the business units to identify, plan and execute training programs • Plan, attend and drive performance improvement/development meetings as an advisor, coach, and liaison for all involved parties DM if the role interests you.
