Manager, HROPs What level of experience are we looking for? - We expect you to have at least a 5+ years of relevant core experience with niche skillset, preferrably in tech start-up. Experience in relevant HR tools for automating recurring tasks is important. What are our expectations? - If you are joining our firm, you will be expected to know how to hustle & execute the work while utilizing the best of your skills. You are also expected to collaborate on complex matters and offer creative solutions to the team. How secure is your job? - We are focussed on hiring the Right Talent for the Right Needs at the Right Time. For the above two roles, you need to be in Bangalore to attend work meetings and more importantly, team lunches. What about Compensation?
