Hi everyone, I hope you are well. I am actively looking for a new job as of yesterday. I have been in the HR/People/Consulting world for 10+ years and am ready for the next step. I love all things people and all things data. While no one wants to be laid off, I'm really excited to try something new. My dream HR/People job would be: Cross functional: I have experience in almost all parts of the employee lifecycle- recruiting, talent management, talent development, benefits, operations, analytics and compensation. I would love a role where I could combine this knowledge. I also love working with and managing people. Head of HR or Sr. HR Business Partner would be right up my alley! People First culture: I want to work at a place (or build culture at a place) that understands people are truly the best investment (and I have the data to prove it!) Remote/Hybrid: I believe flexibility breeds diversity and inclusion, which creates the best teams and products. And as a new mom, I've never felt this more.
