Learning and Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring it supports employee growth, engagement, and talent retention
•
Training Program Design and Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop engaging and impactful training programs, workshops, and learning resources. Deliver training sessions as needed

Employee Onboarding: Develop and maintain an effective onboarding program that enables new employees to quickly integrate into the organization, understand their roles, and build relationships with colleagues
•
Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and social events
•
Learning Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through various evaluation methods, including surveys, assessments, and feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
•
Learning Technology and Systems: Research, recommend, and implement learning management systems and other technologies to support efficient delivery of training programs and employee development resources
•
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, department managers, and senior leaders, to identify learning needs, align learning initiatives with business objectives, and ensure support for employee development
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, employee engagement, or a related field. Experience in designing and delivering training programs is essential
Salary Range: INR 9-13 LPA
