Job title - Junior HRBP Location - Bellandur, Bangalore Brief R&R - 1. Lead BU HR Partnering for Engagement, Employee Relations, Analytics and Projects 2. Run quarterly eNPS surveys, work on insights and aim for creating a cohesive, high performance culture. 3. Liaison with TA to ensure hiring strategy is executed as per AOP. 4. Drive TM/OD interventions as and when required. 5. Act as a bridge between HR Ops and Employees and drive digital adoption. CTC - Upto 10 lpa incl variable (depending on current CTC) Work Ex - Upto 3 years.
