Responsibilities You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to HR, People Ops, employee engagement/ administration. Please note, as your role evolves your responsibilities will change / modify / grow. Plan, research and conduct employee engagement events Assist the HR department in collating data and analysing. Research on HR best practices Content creation for organizational updates, festivities, celebrations, and other events. Good social media management skills. Experience in basic poster designing using applications. coordinate & executing employer branding activities. Bring a fresh perspective to the various day-to-day activities. Ability to work with minimum guidance and take initiative.
