Content & Marketing in the Indian, US, UK, China, Korean, and Canadian markets. This includes developing effective sourcing approaches and handling offer negotiations.

ATS Working Knowledge: With a deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to streamline recruitment and maintain candidate databases maximizing candidate sourcing and selection.

Excel Skills: Equipped with exceptional Excel skills, your proficiency in Excel will enable you to analyze data effectively, making data-driven decisions that enhance our hiring strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (exposure to Media / Technology / D2C hiring is a MUST) handling end-to-end recruitment activities which include talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management, and all the related responsibilities.
