Job Location: Thane, Mumbai Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Salary Range: 15k to 20k per month Duties and Responsibilities: • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details. • Screening potential candidates resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. • Conducting telephonic interview of the candidates. • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. • Ensure documentation round is completed for shortlisted candidates. • Following SOPs for hiring function. Preparing daily status report and weekly status report. • Maintain database of the CVS / applications received. • Posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. • Assisting the HR Manager in day-to-day operation tasks and HR related tasks. • Assisting in the planning of company events. • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. • Build a repo with the candidates.
