Others: please mention in thread Context: We are getting most folks back to office. Noida is our base but post Covid we have had a lot of BLR joinings. So getting people an office in BLR too — but a consensus on location is becoming a problem. Wanted to make an informed decision.

Best way to do this is to figure out where most of your employees are located and finding the closest one. All these locations are great. But HSR will give you a more peaceful location with the advantage of treess! 🙈 But reducing travel time is what should be optimized for otherwise all locations are good. We had done this exercise last year and HSR was our pick both because of travel time for most employees + peaceful location even in the traffic hours.

We went through something similar 😄 IMO what is close to one might be far for another. best option is to choose a central option like indirangar or MG road

Like Ashwathy said — people are spread out all over BLR. Plus we would like to find something that also gives access to our visiting Sales CS team to other potential customers. Plus be optimal in terms of costing without being completely cut off.

@Prerona S. (SquadStack, People Success) I'm living in HSR Layout. There are quite a lot of office spaces posted for rents and lease as well (Newly constructed, probably you can get a better deal in a newly build space)
