Job Description: HR Intern | 6 months | Bangalore | Work From Office | We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic startup team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, focusing on employee experience and engagement projects, onboarding, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beginning their HR journey, eager to learn, and open to taking on diverse responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and executing employee experience and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions. • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee recognition programs and events to enhance employee morale and motivation. • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and propose improvements to current processes. Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or a related field. • A strong desire to start a career in HR, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to contribute ideas and work collaboratively within a team environment. • Work from the office, five days a week, with occasional flexibility as required.
