CMS Info Systems is looking for a suitable incumbent for their Talent & OD role, based out of Mumbai. The incumbent should be an MBA – HR from a Tier 1 Business School and should have minimum 5-7 years of experience with relevant experience in Talent Management. Candidates from Start Ups and Consulting Firms would be preferred. The key criteria for this role would be – Should be well-versed with Talent & OD frameworks and needs to have demonstrated using those successfully in organizations prior Should have the ability to hold conversations with senior leadership on current vs. future state of the organization and thereby, discuss capabilities / structures / roles emerging as a result. Facilitation & Presentation Skills would be a must have Needs to be a solid mix of – Thinker + Doer. High execution and ability to drive the process independently would be key. Should be able to facilitate career development conversations, design & cull out IDPs and review progress Needs to track succession, build & measure talent readiness for critical roles & critical talents.
