What performance management tools offer great UX and customisability wrt permission/access levels? I am currently testing 15five but find the platform overly complicated for what we are trying to achieve + a lot of the access/permissions that we want to enable/disable cannot be done at our end since they have hardcoded functionalities without any customization

Depending on the budget and user count, you may choose among Zoho, HiBob and Betterworks. They have a good UX and can be customised with various tools. With my experience of Lattice, it is not easily customisable. Also, it does not easily integrates with other tools. I have used Lattice until March 2023.
