Is it mandatory to give a paid leave to all employees based out of Karnataka today? 
We are a small team of 25 employees (10 full time rest consultants) working out of different locations in india hence wanted to understand. Thanks!

Yes, if they are registered voter in Karnataka then leave is mandatory
