Hello everyone, I would like to know about relocation packages that we can offer to our current employees working remotely.

We offer to cover their travel and transport expenses (within a certain limit and prior approval) along with a temporary accommodation for 2 weeks. This is applicable for spouse and kids as well, in case of family.

Hi We being a Startup we only provide them with a week of accommodation. This depends upon the size of the company. I would suggest kindly have a budget for the relocation.

1) Can offer travel, transport and four week’s accommodation or 1L, whatever’s higher In case of family, same with 2L rupees. 2) Can only cover Travel and provide 25-30k for two week’s accommodation 3) Travel, Transport + accommodation till they find a place (limit 1/2 months) Totally depends on what the company can afford
