We at Crewscale.com are hiring L&D professional for the below role:- Title: Candidate Success Manager Location:- Remote Brief description: As a candidate success manager, you’ll be working as a primary contact for developers to drive their successful transition with our clients. You are expected to maintain high touch relationships with our developers and represent their needs and goals within the organisation as well as with the clients. You would also be responsible for stakeholder management by connecting with our clients on a regular basis for candidate feedback, advocating for the developers, understanding client pain points and co-creating impactful solutions. You will own the overall relationship with the candidates which includes managing client on-boarding, ensuring retention, identifying areas for skill improvement, analysing learning gaps, end to end design and delivery of learning interventions, coaching and mentoring developers, goal setting, communicating constructive feedbacks, handling annual appraisal.
