Responsibilities: Partnering and engaging with business stakeholders- CEO, CTO, and HRBPs to develop and execute overall recruiting plans, using passive and active recruiting techniques and a broad variety of sources with a focus on developing a ready candidate pipeline to fill critical needs. Startup Tech recruitment on the latest technologies is a must . Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction • Presentation Weekly reports and Strategizing workforce planning • Hiring through networking events like Hackathons, and other Hiring events • Redesigning processes and policies i.e. Referral, Interviewing Guidelines, Managing vendors/ Headhunters and aligning recruitment strategies for effective and timely recruitment.
