Role: Service Counsellor - BTC About the Role: In this role, you will be part of the BYJU’S (Business Unit – BYJU’S Tuition Centre), wherein you will be taking charge of the students to post enrolment and provide all support and guidance to the students and parents. You will coordinate between three critical stakeholders – students, teachers, and parents. This plays a crucial role in providing excellent service and support to students & parents, directly impacting all business metrics. Requirements: ♦️ Relevant experience in counselling profile. Preferred experience in the educational sector. ♦️ Self-motivated & Self-driven to work. ♦️ Proficiency in MS Office applications and G Suite. ♦️ Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with a positive attitude. ♦️ Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups. ♦️ Good written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English & Hindi is a must / in case of South / West - Regional Languages is mandatory). ♦️ Graduation/Post-Graduation Degree with relevant experience of 2-5 years, MBA would be an added advantage.
