I have contract signed up with the company as a freelancer so if the resume gets shortlisted the candidate will get all the details for the opening. Then it will be their decision weather to appear for an interview or not.

@Abhash, not disclosing the name of the company is common practice, but for leadership levels. Typically, if the current incumbent is still employed, companies don't want them to know that a replacement is being considered. But I haven't seen this happen for junior levels earlier.

The contract is ok but I think this is not helpful. Everyone wants to know the company name before proceeding for any role.
