Hi All, I am looking to hire Social media and Graphic Design interns, but facing challenges with getting good candidate profiles. Have tried hiring through LinkedIn, Indeed, placement cells of collages, still no luck. Would love some suggestions on how to go about it and to hire through which platforms?

For graphic you can go through Linkedin or connect with institutes that teach the course, like arena animation and AAFT
