Hi All - does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how to streamline version control & ANNUAL approval from hiring managers on job descriptions (JDs)? Our auditors for several certifications we carry require us to prove we annually review our JD's and have the actual hiring manager sign-off on if there are any changes. We are then asked to track the versions. My issue is our JDs are a static doc used for editing only and the actual version live in our ATS (which has no version control - we use Greenhouse). This leaves me needing a whole other manual process for over 125 different titles in the company (I'm a two person team) which is impossible to keep up with. Thoughts, ideas, anyone else have to do this for their company?
