    I started working in HR during my bachelor's degree as an intern at the same place for 1 year and 10 months. Now, I'm in the final stretch of my MBA program, set to finish in 2024. My company offered me a full-time job with a current pay of 4 lakhs per year as I still have 2 semesters to go. I just want to know if my career is on the right track and if I'm being paid fairly.

    Hey Team, Wanted suggestions on what are the practices in various organizations of an employee size of 75-100 for Birthday Celebrations Currently we do the following 1. A Personalized Birthday Poster - sent to the individual as well as a common communication platform. 2. An Amazon Gift Voucher. 3. Every last working day of the month, cakes are cut to celebrate that month borns. Wanted ideas since the ideas are outdated in the organization and something that would reduce manhours spent towards this.
