Public job sites are NOT enough

LinkedIn users are still somewhat questionable, as you can buy aged accounts for those as well; anyone can put any title (though linkedin is making changes)

We can reqiure users to self-post their email, rather than automated (and we can validate it matches)

We can require a GitHub (since this is a dev focused community)
