SweetOps

yep, let's go!

stacked ones for helm:
• <https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/2846|#2846 — Native Helm lifecycle PRD>
• <https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/2847|#2847 — Helm lifecycle controls>
• <https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/2848|#2848 — Component execution context>
• <https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/2849|#2849 — Helm lifecycle reporting and integration coverage>
• <https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/2927|#2927 — Helm operation progress output>
and 2 extra that also was needed in my integration testing:
• <https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/2872|#2872 — Secret validation and masking>
• <https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/2873|#2873 — Explicit >`| raw`<https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/2873| secret values>

k3s is failing in 2927, but I can't figure out how to fix that
