New simplified example LGTM

Fixed some just now. Very handy to harden this 👍

Also added a cast for the example. First generation included listing all built-in scaffold templates, same as the other cast thats already there. I trimmed it, made it interactive and deliberately made the interactive flow a tad slower. It was otherwise way too quick to follow.

@Erik Osterman (Cloud Posse) anything else that needs attention on this one? 😇 I removed the part that relied on parsing go slices ... 🙅
