Hello everyone! I am a DevOps Engineer with 2.5 yrs of xp, and I am a U.S Citizen who is working currently from India(BLR), I am looking for a switch so I can move back to the states. If the company does not have a relocation policy, then I will gladly relocate myself. I am facing an issue currently when I apply on job portals for US location, my profile does not reach the hiring manager, so no matter how strong my resume is, it gets rejected because in the application my current location in India. It would be great if I could get some guidance here : )
