The role You own the infrastructure the whole product runs on. Platform role — you build the systems that let our engineers ship AI agents fast and run them reliably at scale. Own the AI/ML gateway and the durable, long-running agent workflows behind clinical automation (Temporal). Build and harden the backend + DevOps backbone: deploys, observability, reliability, scale. Set the platform bar so product engineers move fast without breaking things. Stack Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Terraform, LLM-based agents, and Temporal for durable, long-running workflows. AI-native team — Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex in daily use.
