You'll need to wait for the CI to complete, then the above command should work.

looks like CI got stuck on semver thing

Two things. One is that you see those ANSI codes, that we fixed in another PR, that'll be merged today or tomorrow.
Two: The reason it seems stuck is, well, actually, the runs weren't kicked off because Copilot is not automatically allowed to run the workflows. I'll approve them now, and hopefully in 20-30 minutes, there'll be a build available.
