Has anyone used "AI SRE" products like Resolve.ai or Traversal at work? what was your experience like?

Took a quick look, appears to be pretty compelling. Not sure if the person responding to an issue is the same person digging into the code base, but it could (should?) work that way. Can you evaluate @Ankesh and let us know what you find?

@Mike Sherman I want to build something useful for Incident Investigation and came across a bunch of these Root Cause Analysis tools calling themselves "AI SRE" (that name felt weird to me). None of them are open to try so far so I am not sure if people are finding value with such tools nearly as much as they do with coding agents or not.

Hey @Ankesh do you have a base platform you're working with like Zendesk? They seem to be aggressively pursuing adding AI to their products...

Yeah the closed source issue is a deal breaker for me I wouldn't trust giving these tools access to production code/systems.
