yaml function to apply a sprig template but it doesn't seem to work

The following command failed to execute:

Do you have templating enabled in your atmos config?

To be clear, the use case for this is that we have a number of tenants that are all built using the same components but some of those components depend on changes made in other tenants or cloud providers (like RAM sharing or cloudflare zones). The workflow I'm trying to make is to allow me to apply components in different stacks/tenants in the same workflow without explicitly defining a workflow for every tenant that would be hard to maintain.
