Any one think this as a bug in terraform-tfe-cloud-infrastructure-automation - renaming workspace under project is creating new workspace with new name and deleting workspace with old name, expected behavior is in-place rename of workspace. Tried renaming this to new name after this workspace is created and

tf plan/apply

deleted the workspace and created new workspace which is not the expected behavior as per the API

tfe_provider

uses as per following references. go-tfe library used by this update call in tfe-provider

Unfortunately, this module is probably pretty stale
