@Rocky What is the first time password for root user?

The default password for the root user in StarRocks is empty (no password). When you first connect to a newly deployed StarRocks cluster using a MySQL client, you can log in as follows:

mysql -h <fe_ip> -P<fe_query_port> -uroot

It is highly recommended to set a password for the root user immediately after the first login for security reasons:

SET PASSWORD FOR 'root' = PASSWORD('your_new_password');

If you are deploying via Helm in Kubernetes, you might have configured a password during installation using a secret (e.g.,

starrocks-root-pass

), in which case the password would be whatever value you provided in that secret.
