Hello! Could I get this PR backported to 3.5 and 4.0 please? <https://github.com/StarRocks/starrocks/pull/75666|github.com/StarRocks/starrocks/pull/75666> Somehow after the PR was created the labels got unchecked and removed, so the backport wasn't created for 3.5 or 4.0, just 4.1

could be possibly 4.0, but not 3.5, for two reasons: 1) 3.5.x is in the stable shape, backport will be stricter than before. 2) JDK17 is still the recommended for v3.5
