Iceberg metadata table (PR #68504) is listed as added in 4.1, but it's not actually in the 4.1 branch — querying

table$properties

on 4.1.1 fails with ANALYSIS_ERR ("unknown type properties"). Confirmed against tag 4.1.1: commit 63724b15084 is on

main

but was never backported to branch-4.1. The commit only shows up on

doc/release-notes-4.1.2

, so it looks like it's really targeting 4.1.2.
