Hello 👋 Does somebody tried starrocks on k0s or nomad? I like simplicity of kubernetes operator, but afraid of network latency imposed by k8s, so looking for something in between bare metal and k8s. Thanks in advance

We are using it on Kubernetes, and the network cost doesn’t seem to be a big issue for us. Of course, we haven’t compared it directly though. If you already have a Kubernetes environment, how about testing it on Kubernetes first? Rather than network cost, I think having enough CPU and using local NVMe disks would have a bigger impact on performance.

That depends on the hardware. I need to plan for servers with 10gbe networking. K8s on modern public clouds has 50-100gbe link
